SEMO District Fair Hosts High-Stakes Season Finale for Champion Seed Western Series This Weekend
Sellersburg, IN (September 10th, 2025) - Cape Girardeau, Missouri and the SEMO Fair hosts the Champion Seed Western Series 2025 season finale with a doubleheader of competition, set for Thursday, September 11th, and Friday, September 12th.
The SEMO District Hot Rod Truck and Tractor Pull will spotlight four great classes with high stakes and coveted points titles on the line. In the No Way Man Diesel Limited Pro Stock Diesel Truck division, Bryan Banghart and the "Powertrip" Dodge holds a 22-point lead over Jason Wayman and the "Megatron" RAM. The Sancrest Specialized Transport 85 Limited Pro Stock Tractor class is a two-tractor race, with Josh Hannah and the "Cawood's Comet" IH holding a 10-point lead on David Dougherty and "The High Price Hooker" CaseIH. In the remaining classes, the points leaders hold commanding leads, with Adrian Cox and the "Hickory Hooker" IH atop the Sancrest Trailers 95 Limited Pro Stock Tractor class, while Rodger Detherage "Takin' Up Space" is in the driver's seat in Super Modified Two Wheel Drive action.
