Midwest Region Roars Into Corydon, IN

Midwest Region action with the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League will have two tracks of high horsepower excitement during the 8th Annual Historic Corydon, Indiana Harrison County Cockadoodle Days with the Old Capital Power Pull.  This is the only event on the regional level with two tracks where two nights of action will host six classes of competitors each night that fill the air with diesel smoke and the faint sweet smell of methanol on a pristine track built by one of the best in the business, Dan Cristiani.  The founder of Track Builders Inc., Cristiani is known around the country for his quality workmanship crafting dirt motorsports surfaces both indoors and out, including the famed track at the National Farm Machinery Show Championship Tractor Pull.

While the track is essential to a good event, having good iron in the pits is even more crucial.  Truck classes include Pro Modified and Pro Stock Four Wheel Drive Trucks as well as the wheel standing action of the Super Modified Two Wheel Drive Trucks.  For tractor fans, there will be the stock appearing Hot Farms, powerful Super Farms and extraordinary 10,000 pound Pro Stock tractors making in excess of 3,000 horsepower. With six classes in competition, fans will be able to see familiar vehicles such as River Rat, Lucas Oil Green Streak, Real Deere and Game On (Adam Camm) as well as Team Sullivan Pulling Trucks, Ratical, Barely Getting By (Nathan Luallen) and Major Payne (Jonathan Payne).  Over 60 vehicles are expected to be in attendance for this amazing event hosted in Corydon, the home of the Lucas Oil Manufacturing Facility.
